FAQ: SM3D Experience 
 

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a date and time for your wedding. Your deposit applies toward the total due. Payment plans are available.  Travel fees will be applied depending on location.  When you are ready I will send you an invoice link where you can review the quote, sign the agreement, and finally make your payment. Your date and time slot will remain available and open until the retainer is paid.

WILL YOU BE OUR ACTUAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
Absolutely! I am the lead videographer at every event and wedding. If an emergency were to arise there will on a videographer for your event.

CAN WE GET OUR RAW Footage?
No RAW files/multiple edits are delivered to the client. You will receive the final video via digital download and/or a wedding gift.

Can We Choose Our Own Music?
All edits will reflect my current style and brand. If you are looking for a different style there are plenty of amazing photographers I can recommend more suitable for your taste.

DO WE GET OUR RETAINER BACK IF WE CALL OFF OUR WEDDING?
Additional payments made after the retainer are refunded but the retainer itself is nonrefundable.

WHO IS YOUR SECOND VIDEOGRAPHER?
I have a few 2nd videographers I work with routinely, depending on the wedding and availability. My 2nd videographers are all fully independent and can step into the role of a lead videographer at any time.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

We recommend you book as soon as you have your finalized wedding date.

When Should We Expect Our Film?

Turnaround time is 8-12 weeks
